What's a good van for biking, commuting and sleeping in?
Which van would you recommend for chucking mountain bikes in the back and sleeping in? It would be my main car too and so used for local journeys during the week. I’m inclined to get a petrol engine as I will have the van for years to come. I also need to have five seats but happy for these to be removeable or fold up as I’d normally use the car with just front seats and large boot. I really like the Volkswagen Caddy but the petrol engines seem to be recent and therefore the price is high. Top end of my budget would be £12000.

You don't cover enough miles to warrant a diesel. Something like the Ford Tourneo Connect EcoBoost petrol might suit your needs: vans.honestjohn.co.uk/van-reviews/ford/tourneo-con.../
