Does our petrol van require AdBlue?

I have recently bought a 2018 Volkswagen Caddy Maxi 1.0 TSI and have just noticed a small factory label on the top left windscreen, stating "this vehicle requires AdBlue". Is this correct, as I was led to believe that only diesel engines required it?

Petrol engines do not use Adblue. I imagine the Caddy has had a new windscreen at some point in its life and the fitter has forgotten to take the label off.
